Green Travel Thailand (GTT) is a service from Ramo World Co., LTD. We provide the comfortable traveling experience for the eco-friendly travellers to Thailand and Indochina.

We focus on the thoughtful travellers who are not just rush to see and take some photos back home but on those who want to travel comfortably to feel, hear and ‘live’ the places you are traveling. 

We are keen to provide the specific, private packages for an individual and group of travellers for the comfort and quality of the trip in Thailand and Indochina.

We provide comfortable, fully-equipped Accommodations. We also try our best to pick the 'Green' accommodations where they conduct green practices. In some places, it is not possible to do so but green accommodations are always our first choice. 

We are different because we are;  

·    Private, Customizable: We specialize in arranging the private tour, which mean that your group wil not join with the other groups as the traditional joined tour. Your daily schedule will then be flexible. We are also keen to arrange the specific programs for you; be it as the individual who want the peaceful weeks on the beach and exotic cultural understanding, the couples who want to have the romantic anniversary, or the group of friends who want to enjoy the adventure exploration in the Kingdom. Though we have the standard packages for you but we are more than happy to design the package to make your trip the memorable one.

·     Slow travel: You will get to enjoy more, learn more from the places you visit. Not just jump in, shoot the photo, then rush out. For doing so, you will end up spending most of the time in the bus, rather than at the places

·    Eco-friendly: we conduct the green practices in our operations. Along the trips, we will try our best to be as much ecological friendly as possible, yet not compromising the comfort, quality of your trip.

·    Informative: travel with us, you will not only learn the brief information about the places. Each place has its own history much more than to be told in the bus,   just to kill the traveling time. Instead, you will learn the deep detail about the place you are visiting, you even stay in the area to absorb it and feel it.

·   Theme-Centric: unlike the other operators which usually pack the typical tourist places in one program, we arrange the trip around the different theme of your interest e.g. Historic tour, romantic tour, Art & Culture tour, Thai food tour, etc. We are also keen to arrange the unique program especially for your interest.

 

Cancellation Refunds

We would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip, however we realize that the majority do so out of necessity.

If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation to info@greentravelthailand.com. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

All payments for travel services not provided to the passenger shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, Please note that the nature and payment conditions of each trip may vary. Please consult with the cancellation policy at the end of your itinerary program.  

In General, Our cancellation policy are:

1) Cancellations made no less than 30 days prior to departure will qualify for a full refund less a $100 administration fee per person.

2) Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days prior to departure will qualify for a full refund less a $200 administration fee per person or as indicated in the end of itinerary program.

3) Cancellations made between 14 to 7 days prior to departure will qualify for a 50% refund of the full package.

4) Cancellations made between 6 to 0 days prior to departure will qualify for NO REFUND

5) Please note: additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by the service providers other than Ramo World (may include but not limit to airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.) will be deducted in the money refunded.

Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services (may include but not limit to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees) due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Please note: Special terms may apply in some promotions. Refer to details of terms and conditions which are shown on the certain pages of promotions. 

 

Alteration of Itinerary

Before your booking is confirmed, alterations to your itinerary are happily processed free of charge, because providing the best tour possible for you is our goal. However, alterations after you have received your booking confirmation letter will incur a fee of 25.00 USD per request, and changes to departure date or destination may incur cancellation fees. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of your tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alterations necessary.

 

Travel Document

A passport with minimum of 6 months validity is required for passengers traveling to all countries in our program. Responsibility for documentation accuracy, passport validity and dispatch of documents rests with the client. We accept no responsibility for any failure in this respect. Clients must clearly provide their last names and first names on passport; otherwise we have no responsibility for any delays, transport failure. And your insurance documents are also necessary, or regrettably, we may not provide services for you.

 

Luggage Allowance

According to the regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of Thailand, the free baggage allowance is 20kg (44pounds) for the economy class, 30kg (66pounds) for the business class, and 40kg (88pounds) for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of clients. Regulations within Thailand specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

 Medical Issues

You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features, and certain trips, are not wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in the destinations. We reserve the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.

We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. 
You should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize yourselves with health requirements applicable to the areas you intend to visit. You are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries you are going to visit or transit. 

It is the clients’ responsibility to avail them with information regarding health requirements in the intended country of entry. You should speak with your local department of health about any health recommendations. Clients are required to familiarize themselves with any health requirements specific to Thailand.

 

Insurance

We will provide you the travel insurance as required by laws when you visit Thailand. However, the insurance generally does not cover the trip when you are traveling into or outside Thailand. Please consult with us further if you want to be properly covered for unexpected loss and damages.

 

Responsibility

The responsibility of Ramo World and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. We shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers such as those of surface, air, and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise/hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or operated by Ramo World. By utilizing the travel services of the Suppliers, you agree that you will look to such Suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither Ramo World nor any representative of Ramo World shall be liable.  Without limitation, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from--but not limited to--acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes of other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Ramo World. Nor is Ramo World responsible for the stolen and lost of your valuable items due to your own negligence.Ramo World is not responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulations. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar quality at any time or to make changes in itinerary of similar quality, flights, or cruise ships, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If we have cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, we are liable for a full refund of the money received by us. If you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure that your agent explains the conditions under which the ticket is issued as we are not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees. We reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the program price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges. Please understand that not all museums and attractions are open every day of the year. We reserve the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to re-route the order of cities if that will enable you to visit all listed excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.Many of our packages include activities that require care attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Ramo World, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

 

Force Majeure

Compensation payments do not apply where performance of our contract with you is prevented by risk or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airport or ports, cancellation or change of scheduled airlines and similar events beyond our control.

 

Limitation of Liability

Ramo World acts as a coordinator for all persons taking theses tours, in the making of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. Ramo World does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel, restaurant or any other supplier of services. All receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and all services are subject to the laws as an agent for the owners contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage to baggage or property, no responsibility for any injury, illness or death, no responsibility for any damages or claims howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss, or damage to person or property, no responsibility for delays, transport failures, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God, etc over which Ramo World has no control.

Whenever you feel unsatisfied with any service we have provided, please inform your local tour guide, your travel consultant and/or write to us at info@greentravelthailand.com immediately to avoid similar problems happening again either before or during your trip.
